USPS Stamp Hike-F.Y.I.

The USPS is now charging 49 cents to mail out a letter. But if you use a FOREVER stamp, you are fine, and do not have to think of the increase charge.

Yep.....announced several months ago. I have been stocking up on forever stamps. I don't mail much, so the 5 or so books I got should last a long time.

I have a few forever stamps, but will have to bite the bullet and get more as the price goes up every year.

49 cents! Wow!!

Canada Post literally hiked a regular letter stamp to 1.00 and removed their Forever stamps (which says to me they plan to hike the price again in the future).

It feels like they really don't want us to send mail anymore.
