Vacation home rentals near USH!?!

Hello! I have some good family friends that are surprising their kids with a trip to USH for Christmas & wondered if you had any reccomendations of home rentals or places to stay near USH for a group of 7--
3 adults & 4 kids??? Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!!!

There aren't a lot of whole home rentals near USH. The closest areas with homes are basically Hollywood Hills, and when those homes do rent it's for $1000/night. A family of 7 can do better with 2 hotel rooms. Another red line stop north there's North Hollywood, but you're talking about areas that don't tend to cater to families, but more of a young, single, party scene.

One option is getting the 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite at the Hollywood Orchid Suites. This Hotel does offer a full kitchen in the suite, and has a great location next to the Hollywood and Highland Center, which is a simple one stop on the Red Line Subway to Universal. And lots of things to see and do within walking distance. And the price isn't too bad.
