What do you like doing on vacation?

For the past several years, it's been all about touring churches, castles and museums.

Museums, eating out at non-chain places, scenic areas/taking pictures, theme parks

I like doing a little laying around and relaxing, but mostly I like to be on the go, sightseeing in the city or hiking in natural areas.

I like sitting on the back of a cruise ship--either in my balcony, or preferably in a bar, and watching the scenery go by while I drink a little too much. And going out to eat--half our trips become culinary expeditions.

I like getting up, having a nice relaxing breakfast, do some touring, lunch, more sightseeing, return to resort, open the wine, relax on the patio.... then a late dinner and do all over again the next day
