YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Also seeing how much more awesome our ship is than the others)
Probably a stupid question but I have become addicted to watching the web cam so now I want to make sure I am in a position to wave to the camera but I am also seeing many people say the Sail Away party is their absolute fav moment so now, with this being my first cruise, I am torn.....is there a way to wave to Fish Lips and not miss Sail Away at the same time? Thanks!Cruising out of the port, waving at the Fish Lips camera....PURE. BLISS.
Walking around the ship late at night when everyone else is gone to bed - the lobby and the deck, especially.
Totally! The ships have a special smell ( OMG I'm weird) and as soon as we board I inhale and say "Ahhhh There's that smell"...... I love that smell!
On our trip it was raining sonthe party was in the lobby. It was crowdwd and loud so we much preferred then going on deck 4 and waving. IMO the sailing away party is more for little kids who need to see Mickey and Co. we have seen and done that millions if times. In fact didnt do one character M&G while on board. We just aren’t fans if Disney dance and sing a long shows. Even in the parks. Had it been nice weather we probably would have gone a deck up to watch the coast. It really depends on what you’re into. I recommend you watch a YouTube video of a sale away party and decide if it’s your thing. Add another note we really did enjoy the pirate show. For us that was something differentProbably a stupid question but I have become addicted to watching the web cam so now I want to make sure I am in a position to wave to the camera but I am also seeing many people say the Sail Away party is their absolute fav moment so now, with this being my first cruise, I am torn.....is there a way to wave to Fish Lips and not miss Sail Away at the same time? We experienced the sail away in the lobby too, will avoid it at all costs going forward. Extremely crowded, can’t see anything...On our trip it was raining sonthe party was in the lobby. I have to admit that in 9 cruises we have never watched the sail away. I would like to though, just to hear the horns, but otherwise it doesn't appeal to me.
If it is your first cruise, then I would suggest not to miss the Sail Away Party up on deck. Once you feel the boat starting to move, then you can go and wave to the camera, if you wish. The Sail Away Party just gets all of the excitement going, especially after the mandatory muster drill is out of the way. Fortunately, we have never been completely rained out not to experience the Sail Away Party out on deck. I think if it did rain, then I would just go and sit out on my verandah and watch the boat set sail.Probably a stupid question but I have become addicted to watching the web cam so now I want to make sure I am in a position to wave to the camera but I am also seeing many people say the Sail Away party is their absolute fav moment so now, with this being my first cruise, I am torn.....is there a way to wave to Fish Lips and not miss Sail Away at the same time? Maybe the smell is from the cleaning supplies that they use. At least it is a clean, pleasant smell!Totally!
