going to wdw for the first time November 7-14 what is the best company to get an affordable ride from pofq to the Vineland outlet where the character warehouse is

Need a bit more info: Will you need any kind of HA transportation (i.e. wheelchair accessible van, or a vehicle large enough to accommodate a scooter that is broken down)?

How many people are in your party?

If you don't need any special accommodations as far as the vehicle goes, you might be as well served by Uber or Lyft as by any other company.

Mears Taxi has some taxi vans where the wheelchair user can roll up the ramp in back and tied down. Ask the Front Desk or Bell Services for assistance ordering the cab. Be sure they understand you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

There are accessible taxi vans, as the other posters mentioned. The Concierge or Bell Services at your resort can help you arrange for one.

Mears is contracted to provide exclusive service at Disney - including Magical Express and taxis. Mears has accessible vans and Town cars (the Town Cars are not accessible).
Checker Cab, City Cab and Yellow Cab are all divisions of Mears, so you will also see those taxis and accessible taxis.
Most accessible taxis have rear ramps.
