When does 100 Year Celebration "end"?

I am going to the World Feb 7-10 and was wondering if the celebration would still be going on. If not, is there something replacing it?

February 28, 2003 is the official ending date of the celebration. However if the March schedules are any indication, it appears that there will be no immediate changes to the parades / shows even after 2/28.
