Who do I contact for an OKW complaint?

My sister and her family just returned from staying on our points at OKW. They stayed in building 14. Upon arrive a mouse was in the room. On the second night, the toilet was leaking. The next day someone did come to fix it. When they returned to the room at 11pm with two sleepy kids the parts from the toilet, wet towels and dirt were still there like the maintenance man disappeared into thin air. They called and asked it it could be fixed in the am since the kids were beat. The went to the park and returned and nothing was ever done. They checked out the next day after cleaning it up enough to use. I would like to know who/how to direct this to someone in management. I am so embarrassed after building up how great OKW is then to have this happen.

Your Sister should have gone to the Front Desk and talked to a Manager.
