Who to contact to resign from DCP?

DD is supposed to start at WDW on 8/12 in attractions. She just learned that she's received a full scholarship from her department here at school, that is only applicable for this academic year. We aren't in a position to turn down free tuition, but it means she won't be able to do the College Program this fall. Who should she contact at Disney, and do you think this'd hurt her rehire status?

"rehire statuses" are only issued to people who have actually worked. She's just cancelling her participation. It happens.

She won't get the $300 back, but they won't hold this against her. They actually had this on their old site from a few years ago- can't find it on the new one, but there is a Q&A in their FAQ about declining that says basically the same thing.
