Zoom Rewards Is A Rip Off!

I ordered a foot spa in April of last year. Knowing how long it takes for reward programs to ship out prizes, I was patient. I recently emailed them to ask the whereabouts of my foot spa and this is the reply I got:

Thank you for taking the time to contact ZoomRewards Customer Care.

After researching your inquiry, our records indicate your Folio reward
was ordered on 4/13/04.

As stated on the ZoomRewards website, after 90 days have passed since
the original order date we can no longer process refunds, exchanges or
replacements for lost or unreceived items. Due to the length of time
that has passed since your order was made, we are no longer able to
track its whereabouts.

Please write to us if any further assistance is needed.

We look forward to your ongoing participation in ZoomPanels and the
ZoomRewards program.

Looks like another company that never sends out prizes and then tells you you are SOOL.

Ok, so I didn't realize I had to let them know within 90 days of original order, I was stupid and trusting and actually thought they would send out my reward as promised. They've lost one of their valued customers over a $30 foot spa. Hope it was worth it to them :sad2: .
 
:sad2: Booo! That stinks! why should you have to inform them 90 days later of their imcompitence! :mad:
