Ok..so I posted something on canwegosoon's thread abt the Labor Day partiers that was suppose to go here!!! lol

So...the Wishes Meet on Sunday night...the 2nd..kept getting my dates mixed up! I only know stepdisney so I want to say hi again to everyone..I posted here way back on page 1 and jsut keep lurking...lol..
It is so hard to believe next week at this time we will be getting ready to head over to Epcot
So will everyone just be hanging out by the bridge near CP???? Do I need to flash my LGMH with DB'03 on it? And hope its you guys so my DH wont laugh hysterically if its not! lol
I swear I never saw one Dis er in March!!
I hope everyone enjoys their weekends and enjoy this time getting ready for our trips!!!!

Your DH will be laughing along with mine. He and the boys will just stand back and pretend they don't know whats going on. . I don't know what's the matter with me today. With all I have to do to get ready, I've been on the boards all day. Gotta get moving. I still don't have the ponchos I need. Is anyone all packed with bags sitting by the door?

I dont even have my bags from the basement yet!! We got walloped by storms yesterday here near Chicago...we were lucky though, no trees down near us. But some water in the basement Not alot..just enough for me to be washing towels all day!

I have just got back from my brother's wedding,, oh I am so tired, it was a lovely day, but weddings sure take it out of you
Well one more day of work to go and then I can finish my packing! My package from disneyshopping arrived, so I have cameron's jasmine costume all ready to go,,, I'm making both of the girl's gift baskets as a surprise, can't wait to see their faces :
I have all my window decorations ready to go, I have gone Dis crazy, everything is going to be lime green,, so if you see my window and door, don't forget to sign a note to say you've been by

You seem to be at the parks during at least 2 of our meets... maybe you would like to join us at either one of them....... on the 29th we have a meet at AK to get together and ride EE at 5:30 (during EMH) and on the 30th at MK at 2 to ride Splash Mountain.... we are trying to get advance FPs for these. There is also a meet to watch wishes on the 2nd.

Michelle, I am so glad to hear your mom pulled through, and her health is improving. Just make sure she takes it as easy as possible, make sure she stays hydrated, and everything will be ok. She is a real trooper!

As far as packing. I looked up the weather report, and found out that it will be raining, seems the whole week. I need to go find some light windbreaker jackets. For Xavier and I to wear. Just a few other things. Like justins nebulizer machine, and his meds to pack, my camera, and I will be all set.

I noticed that we would be in the right places, unfortunately I don't think we'll make it to either. It's possible we could make it to AK on the 29th, but we're going to Islands of Adventure and will only return to our resort around 4pm. I hope to get over to AK around 5pm to have a late lunch at Pizzafari.
As for MK on the 30th, I had planned on taking an afternoon break after lunch at WL. I'll be on the look-out for LGMH, although I haven't got one of my own. I'll have to swing by Home Depot tomorrow to see if they still have them.

I have'nt even packed our clothes yet, we just took the cases out of the attic tonight. We have a bench seat in our bedroom and I've been stacking up the clothes for DH and I and I have lists as to what clothes I'm packing for everyone. I sent a package out yesterday to CSR with breakfast stuff and snacks and I ended up putting a bunch of other things in as well toiletries and laundry det and a whole bunch of other little things, I hope to be packed before the end of the weekend. Stepdisney it looks like we are leaving on the same day are you flying out of Newark? We are, and we are flying on Continental. Linda

Packed? We leave Monday morning and all I have is a box of toiletries and other non-clothing items put aside, ready to toss in suitcases and carry-ons.

I want to finish the laundry tomorrow and have everything put away so I can fully evaluate what clothes I want to pack. I have a few pieces of clothing set aside, but haven't pulled the suitcases out of the closet yet.

I'll probably wait until Sunday to pack the suitcases - after the dogs have been dropped at the kennel and I have a whole day to finish cleaning and organizing the house. I have a thorough packing list ready to go. If I follow it I shouldn't forget anything.

I am such a procrastinator though! ALthough I am all caught up on laundry, have everything else in order...will just have to drop off our other baby (Stella the Beagle) at the kennel....The toughest thing for me is...scheduling and getting away to get my hair done..badly needs some TLC...pedi/mani..oh and liposuction...just kidding
Safe travels to all who are leaving in a few days...we leave next Friday a.m.

Everyone don't forget to-

-submit your yellow cards at the post office to hold the mail
-schedule the pets at the vet
-pick up sunscreen if you are out
-go the the hairdresser/mani/pedi
-get singles/fives from the bank for tips
-print you mousekeeping envelopes
-have your clear quart bag ready and go through your purse a few times for any liquid items
-make sure you have all medicines(tough to get refills)
-tell a neighbor/friend you will be gone
-pick up ponchos/umbrellas from dollar store(really cheap insurance)
-gum for the kids
-pack every piece of green clothing you own
-have you LGHM or DIS ID ready for display
-go get a drink -you're gonna need it!!!
-Get ready to PARTY

Hi everyone!!! This will be my first time meeting any DISer's!!! I'm very excited!! We will be going to WDW from Aug 31-Sept. 3rd. And it just so happens that i have MK planned for us to visit on the 2nd. Soooooo, I will definetly be meeting up with my fellow Disney freaks at 9:30 for wishes. The only thing is that i want to make sure that CP means Crystal Palace?? Right?? I will be with my DH and 2 out of 3 of my Disney Kids. Were leaving the youngest with my parents for this short 3 night trip!!! I'll be sure to have my lime green mickey heads displayed!!! Can't wait to meet everyone!!!!

Check thermostat
lock up home and cars
water plants

Make sure your drivers license isnt EXPIRED! They will give you a hard time at the airport and you cannot rent a car.

I will be at the PP party the same night as you too, so maybe we will bump into each other! I don't have a costume, but my DD5 will be Jasmine and my DD15 will be a pirate wench, her costume is pink and black! I will have my focker watch lanyard on and my LGMH's
Oh btw,, I have only packed my DD5's stuff so far, so it looks like I won't be doing the bulk of the packing until the night before we leave either

Yes CP is Crystal palace...I am hoping to wear green or at least a shirt with green in it-see you there.
