Back from Los Cabo, San Jose and San Lucas...
New Dolphin adventure there now, called Cabo Dolphins, the dolphins are well cared for, the people that run the place are very nice and it's near the Harbor and downtown Cabo so it's easy to find. If anyone gets to meet "Ricardo" tell him I said "hello". (A dolphin). I highly recommend
TROPICAL INCENTIVES as your destination planner and transport services they were WONDERFUL and on time every single time we used them in 3 days so they are dependable. The company is country wide, so they have places in all the cities we will be stopping.
The sunset dinner cruise CaboRey was fun - sail to the arch watch the sunset and have dinner with some live music. I'll have some photos to post once I get squared away (office is moving this weekend with everything else going on).
I highly recommend La Fonda for any meal, as well at the Mona Lisa (the view is incredible). I've heard the "OFFICE" is good, but the place looked a dump... it was closed for repairs so maybe next May it will be refreshed ...
Since we won't be staying, I won't bore you with any hotel information unless you want to PM me and I'll let you know about the hotel info I've researched.
Tropical Incentives also has water sports they can arrange and we saw the "glass bottom Kayak's" - they "sail" out to the Arch and near Seal Island, Lovers Beach, etc. The contact told me that while you are out there, you'll see dozens of seals on the rocks but HUNDRENDS under the Kayak's, swimming and playing.
There are several places to do dessert rides as well. I got to try out the Rhino's - lots of fun and quite safe. I even tried to tip the vehicle, doing some minor manuvers (sp?) but it was difficult. I can imagine going up the hills you COULD if you tried hard enough. They have seat belts and will arrange for beverages, etc. It's about a 30 minute ride from the area that we will be tethered. No dock for cruise ships in Cabo.
Hope that helps a bit. Back to catching up now.
