Here's the latest batch of rumors from the DIS pod cast:

Summer 2009, Magic, PanamaCanal, to LA then Alaksan cruises

Summer 2010, Magic, PC then Trans Pacific to Hong Kong for HK/Toyoko cruises

Summer 2009, 2010, Wonder, 3 4 and 7 day Bahama/Carribbean rotatio

Supposedly a DCL executive 'slipped' in a meeting and refered to the two new ships as WISHES and DREAMS (yes, the plural version of the word).

Crazy how rooms are coming and going I tried calling DCL to try and upgrade and one Cat would be available and when I spoke to DH and called back it would be gone and then they would have a different Cat. very weird. I wonder who's cancelling or doing all that room swapping all day...they said it was nutz Well, I've been having busy days and I'm determined to get some packing done this week A friend took me out for an early bday lunch at the club(I usually don't go but she does and that's where she took me it was nice) tommorow...last day to volunteer in DS class then DD playdate and take the car in and then Wed. DH and I will go out for my bday...yes day after tax due. He asked what I wanted I said the cruise I don't need anything just happy to go I did get a couple pairs of shoes today nothing special but comfy sandals a pair of brown and a pair of black. I want to bring the minimal...we'll see how that goes. I finally got tix and hotel for WDW they gave us some extras with our package...anyone else get that? golf voucher and one for their raycer boat things and of course the $15 off at planet hollywood and stuff like that...thats why I like booking direct all the little extras Its getting closer and I'm almost done with the planning....it seems like it never ends but will get to relax when it get here though

But yes, like you Ian I too never use cash. My office staff were all shocked when I actually had a $10 bill the other day. I'm notorious for using my Credit Card. I will use it for everything. We get travel points when we use it so we have taken to using it for everything and then paying it off each month. We just keep track of what we are spending so we don't go over our budget. Almost have a return flight for 4 to New York built up in just over 1 year.

Ahhhh singles...I'm not there on my to-do list yet. Probably would have forgotten them, too! I *always* use my Amex...that's house I'm elite on Delta, no other way would that happen. Although now I have an Amex and an Amex business and that has messed up my mileage nirvana for the past year but I'm going to fix that. Many, many miles racked up and used. Cannot say enough...they rock!

Going to WDW for a quick trip this weekend. Flying free and coming back in first class. yay!

I will also hope to bring $2 bills, if you want one I will definatly bring you one. I have a stack that I won't spend b/c their so neat. My grandfather used to give them to me for my birthday and say if you always have $2 bill, you will never be broke. I have never spent those bills.

I hope you get a chance to talk to him about this and he is not too spooked by it all. It's hard sometimes to have the serious talks but Wilson is such a smart "little guy" I am sure he will be fine.

we talked this afternoon to Wilson (& then Molly) he understood and we have concluded that he may lay low next year when he advances to this next level. Currently his class kid kart is 5-almost 8 years old. He made the cut by one day. If he was one day older he would have had to move up to cadet karts. He drives ~ 30-35 mph, the cadets run at 60-65 mph. Ages 8-12 are cadets. The jump is a big one. He may just practice next year, and not race competitively. We'll see when we are there.

It was a hard conversation but he totally got it. Racing is not in itself dangerous, people can choose to make it dangerous by how they approach it. This accident was a freak accident. Those can happen anywhere at anytime.

have to add this everyone talking about shots well went to get tested for allergies last friday and never had them but have been having symptoms this spring. Well, got the 100+scratches on back and since not enough came positive they gave me 26 shots...yes 13 in each arm to put the stuff in to see what I was allergic to and I do NOT like needles I'm just allergic to weeds like about 7 types and they are blooming now. thought I'd add that to that shot talk....yes I'm behind ...cant keep up with you guys well, DH started the movie...that ....???Lambs movie with tom cruise....looks good we'll see. For sure now...Good Night

We're off to DL today and she is dying to go to Libby Lu, so that's what were doing.

I had the scratch test when I was a kid. Thank goodness I was allergic to a mess load of stuff. I would have run kicking screaming out of there if they had said 26 needles. And that's me today!

I've said it before, I'll say it again. This is the same price as 1/31/07. Why is this a big deal here? I know it's a lot of money, but why do some of you keep posting this dollar amount over and over again? I just don't get it. And it doesn't make me feel all that good, to be honest.
