okey dokey....I had two great calls in less than an hour. I do believe I have passed the initial interview for the job at my church:cool1: . The second call was a little more in the here and now....they are moving forward with an agreement that will allow us to keep our house:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Great news on both accounts:cool1: :cool1:

Guess what I got in the mail today? :teeth:
Odd thing is, they are extremely comfortable for being a three inch heel.

Those are cute. I had a pair of isotoner slippers available at the reception just in case ::yes::

Please keep my co-worker and her family in your thoughts. Her son was riding his bike and was struck by a car and he was killed. He was only 19.

I am tired as I could not sleep last night. No idea why, but I just could not sleep. So I might head to bed soon.

Tomorrow I have a meeting at work, I am kind of dreading this meeting. They have switched up our assigned areas and I am pretty sure that some people are not happy about it. I was hoping that my area would be closer but it is not. As they could not make it work. I am frustrated as they got my hopes up I might have something closer and then could not.

I hope you are all having a great week.

That is so tragic. I cannot imagine losing one of my boys

Katie had her tap dance rehearsal tonight. She is dancing to "In the mood". Sophie rehearses tomorrow.

Very nice :thumbsup2 I'm glad she was able to go.

No word from Jen about the teaching position? :confused3

Still no word from Glynis?:confused3

So many questions so few answers.

Great news all around, Theresa!!!!

Bernadette - He actually wants to sell this hideous mirror and clock that we have had FOREVER. He got them back when he worked at the grocery store but I have never allowed him to "display" them. The clock is this big round thing with a neon loop around the edge - it has a Miller logo or something in the middle. He also has a mirror with the Budweiser horses on it or something. A BIG mirror. He wants to put them on Craig's list, but we have never done that before and I am just not sure how it works.
He found a similar clock on eBay for $200, but it was a Buy It Now so I don't know if it sold for that much. :confused3
That sounds like a good idea!

How tragic!

Good luck with work! So they are moving offices around at work? That rarely goes over well.

 That was alittle rude from the CM..hello, how hard would it be to have PB&J's made at the foodcourt??? and dawgs too??

We do not have the DDP this trip either & that is fine..we really don't need that much food. I like the convenience of the card though & not having to carry $ around or think about paying w/ a cc.
They were trying to be helpful. I don't get why value food courts can have Smuckers Uncrustables and hot dogs but moderates can't.:confused3 Don't lots of kids go to mods? I can't be the only one with a picky kid. AND even at the values there are no hot dogs for kids on the meal plan. I really like how the Pop food court is set up with all the food in one place instead of some of the stuff in the gift shop. I think ASMu is set up like most other resorts with some stuff only in the gift shop.

You could just use your room key to charge everything.

Katie had her tap dance rehearsal tonight. She is dancing to "In the mood". Sophie rehearses tomorrow.

She looks beautiful! Congrats to Katie on her 9 year award!

thanks
the sit and stand does not recline very far. our umbrella that we had with Olivia reclines farther then the sit and stand. I know 2 would probably be a struggle on the buses. my concern is that Olivia would fall asleep on the bus and then would be cranky and not want to walk to the room. We are flying so we will be using WDW buses.

I still need to figure out how I am going to pack the baby food.
If Olivia falls asleep on the bus couldn't you put her in the stroller and carry Virginia back to the room?

Have you considered using a grocery service? I had good luck with gardergrocer.com but I know that Kristen and Vicki really liked wegoshop Then you could get water too.

I am all packed for tomorrow. We have to leave the house at 4:30 AM. :scared1:
Hope you have a nice visit with your mom.

I attacked my nemis aka the t-shirt from well you know. I bought new ink and new transfer paper. I bought Avery stretchable transfer paper...it's new. Of course I missed the works best on white fabric part. The image had to be printed mirror image and I couldn't find that option on my printer. I did find the t shirt transfer option, but looking at print preview it wasn't mirror image. So I did the mirror image in photoimpact and printed. Of course the t-shirt transfer option mirrorred it too even though it didn't show it :confused3 So sheet one in the trash. Sheet 2 printed fine and it ironed on well. Ironed on to a light blue shirt that is. Donald Duck is looking a bit blue :rotfl2: Chris says that it is fine, probably because he's seen all the trouble this one shirt has given me. The good news is that the image does stretch with the shirt. So if you are working with a stretchy white shirt it may be the way to go :thumbsup2
UGGG!!!!! I'm sure it looks fine now but I find the longer I work on a project the less I like the finished project for a while at least. I wasn't too kean on Lizzy's twirl skirt for a day or so.

I bought some great pink flamingo and hot pink fabric to make Lizzy a bowling shirt and she says she doesn't like it. Halley loves flamingos so I told Lizzy I would make the shirt and if she doesn't like the finished product I'll send it to Halley. I think I threw her off by telling her I was going to make a shirt like Joe's so now she thinkgs it's a boys shirt. I guess I need to show her photos of girls in the shirt.

I am making Emma a skirt and want to make Lizzy a "coordinating" dress for Chef Mickey's but now she says she doesn't like dresses and doesn't really like the top from the pattern either. I think I'll just make the dress and she can wear it to the meal and change after that.

I went to Joann's after work and got home kinda late so maybe she's just too tired.

No word from Jen about the teaching position? :confused3
I think the school administrators met tonight to make the decisions but I don't think she finds out til tomorrow.:confused3

Whew! So much going on with everyone that I wanted to make sure I got caught up tonight.

Elizabeth - I'm glad that things are going well with your mom. Hope you have a safe trip tomorrow. Glad too that Diva Girl is staying home for now. Sounds like it is probably for the best. Continued prayers and :wizard: for your mom.

Karen - :wizard: for your Dad. Also, yeah for classes almost ready to start!!

Debbie - Congrats on the continued weight loss. I've kind of stalled for now, but am working to get back on track.

Anne Marie - Glad Katie made it to rehersal. I hope that was the end of whatever this illness was.

Deb - Things are coming along! You're getting so close.

I know that I am missing something big, but I'm at a loss for now. So, loads of :grouphug: and :wizard: all around.

Kristine - :grouphug: and prayers for Jackie and her friend's family. What a hard thing to endure. I hope that Jackie's doing okay.

Today was exhausting. I drove up to fix lunches and pick up Cinderella and BigSis. Turned right back around and drove home to get Terra and Rachel so that we could head to the Wed program at church. We had 36 K-5th graders in our class today and were short 1 adult. So, it was me and Kristi with two almost-helpers (didn't quite get involved enough to be much help). It was CRAZY especially considering that our 36 was at least 20 boys and a little on the wild side at that. After church we came back to the house and took the kids swimming. Momboss picked the girls up here since it's on her way home and I went to get Phil. Mom was watching Kristi's kids for the night so I came with Phil, fixed dinner and helped her load up the kids to take to their house for bed. Cleaned out the fridge, cleaned up dinner and then finally sat down to catch up here. Oh yeah, and I did sneak in a game of Disney Bingo with Phil and Terra. Now I am beat! I'm just glad it wasn't working out to take the kids to Six Flags tomorrow as I don't think I'd have the energy. Instead, we'll hit the free movie and then come home and take it easy. Next week's vacation is sounding soooo nice right about now. Ahhh.....

I'll try to catch up with you all again tomorrow.

there's a thread on the CB about God answering prayers. I am reminded daily that God answers prayers through all of you.:goodvibes

We are still having difficulty here that doesn't really have anything to do with money so I still would love the prayers heading this way.

Karen & Elizabeth your families are on the top of my prayer list.

And now I think that I need to be off before I fall asleep on my keyboard. Night all......

Have a safe trip tomorrow, Elizabeth. :wizard: that you aren't driven  by everything!

Tammi-what's on tap for tomorrow??
Well, I'd like to wash my van and clean the inside (windows and dash) and spray the yard for weeds. That was supposed to be done today but I never got to it. It seems this being off of work is more work than going TO work. But I LOVE it! I am going to be sooooo spoiled.

sounds nice...I spent 12 and 1/2 hours at work and never went outside the entire time....washing the car is a fun stress reliever for me. hmmmmm....why isn't my car spotless then:confused3 :rotfl:
