Well, I was feeling kind-of low, but you guys have inspired me to not throw the towel in.... I lost 4 lbs, but then one weekend away and I gained 2 back! Totally don't get it... spent a day walking/climbing at a waterpark, figured that would at least HELP negate the ice-cream and chips!! Not so much, I guess...
Then yesterday I was really good, but that didn't help either, apparently.
So, now I'm going to head to Target later to get Jillian's Shred DVD... 30 minutes I can commit to, and if it's that good at getting results, I'm silly to not try it. I hate the sore muscle feeling, but then again, at least I know it's working. I have 79 days to lose 20 lbs.... well, I'd be "okay" with 10, I'd weigh what I did last trip... but I'd like to be even lower.
Good job to those of you already doing Jillian or other things... c'mon girls, I know we can do it!! Thanks for the inspiration/help & ideas!!
