BAA the British Airport Authority however are ballotting for strikes and this would effect Heathrow, Stansted and a few other airports (not Gatwick). These do things like the baggage etc at the airport!
Fingers crossed nobody is affected! Don't they know we have a cruise to get to, duh
Maybe, that would be great
We leave Heathrow on the Friday at 11:20am or similar - I think the departure time has changed a few times.
Paula, Our BA flight leaves Heathrow at 9:20am. We are flying from Brisbane to London with Qantas, leaving here on the 16th.
Yikes!!! What kinda cruise is this??? So, we're wearing Spanx (the nude option presumably..?) on clothing optional beaches..?
Great idea, then I can be "good from afar, but far from good"
Well, at least on this one I volunteered to do it a long time ago. Since all the data is in the database, all I need to do is ask it a question. Last night I wrote the script that collects the info below, but since it queries the database each time someone views the site, it is automatically updated with the latest stats. As soon as a person joins, their info is included in all the stats.
Glenn, Thanks for volunteering, but what language are you speaking?
Welcome back to the thread. My DH is also way to busy to keep up with the thread so he just wants a quick synopsis on a daily basis. It is almost as much work to give him a quick rundown as it is for him to read!!!
At least you DH has some interest, DH doesn't want to know anything until we're on the plane. He is so busy at work!
I'm pretty sure we don't need a Visa, but will check with my TA on Monday to be sure. Thanks
I shouldn't have capitalized it but I have read that Australian visitors need a visa but no visas are required for U.S. visitors to Spain.
Val
I'm pretty sure we don't need a Visa, but will check with my TA on Monday to be sure. Thanks
I am now an offical champagne gal. I got my cheap $2.99 tiara. Very pretty. made of cheap plastic pink and clear beads. I pink fluffy head band and a few pink ribbons too it Got my pink shirt now to find the pink boa. The hunt is on.
Watch Out, A lady on a mission! Looks like your nearly ready, How exciting!
I love these spreadsheets .... I am going to do a clothing one for each day .. just to make sure I have enough stuff
Great idea! I'm going to be a CopyCat, CopyCat sittin' on the door mat!
I am down to 18 more working days or 208 hours, but who's counting
Jon
I'm down to 30 school lunches, 12 Jazz ballet, 6 Piano, 6 Chello, 12 Speech and Drama lessons for the kids ............not that I am counting..............
(Because, ironically, we were just last night talking about the possibility of buying wedding bands in Gibraltar or some other port on this trip----because last time we were on the TA we saw many shops in Gibraltar that were selling high end jewelry at discounted prices....so matching rings/wedding bands would be a pretty cool souvenir!
)
There is a Tiffany & Co in St Maarten
BTW, BF is ok with GI Joe dolls....excuse me - action figures.
Erik and Jason? Either way, you don't need a paper when you find your real love. But it would be nice to be recognized by society. Whatever you plan on doing, if you do get married onboard, you can always have an extended DIS family with you. They will support you and you can share your Magical memores shots with them when you get home.
A while back - part 5 or 6 maybe... We all offered to stand up for you... We can hold the wedding on board... Maybe the secret deck on 7... Just need to grab Cap'n Sparrow so he can officiate!
Yep, I even offered to be your flower girl
My kids say I love my furr kids way more than them. Not true - its just they don't talk back. So I'm sweeter to them.
I'm with you, they don't talk back, give attitude, create piles of washing and make huge messes for me to clean up, well maybe a few little puddles and piles..........
(Although I do love the idea of sneaking into WDW or down onto a deck with your formal clothes under a bathrobe or a raincoat and a minister in sunglasses and a big hat to find a secluded spot to have a quick wedding and then get chased around by park security while a cartoonish musical score plays in the background-----getting chased running in one cabin door and then out another like scooby doo!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you'd both be wearing suits, so how will they know it's bridal wear? If one of you is planning on wearing a dress, my money's on you Erik...
And if you are wearing a dress it would make the scooby doo cartoon even funnier....
.thanks for remembering that. Yes it was a huge blow to our team, school, community....and even our sport around the state. The story, I understand, definitely had an impact on people all over since it got covered on CNN and in People magazine, as well. There was a hard lesson learned there that all drivers, especially teens, should remember: DO NOT TEXT AND DRIVE!!!! (As there is strong speculation, although no definitive proof, that texting and driving may have contributed to the accident)
We actually got that story way down here Erik, I remember it, So sad.
