You're welcome
You will need to save the file to your computer. follow the link I posted before and click on your letter. After the letter loads on the right side of the screen will be a download button. Download to your computer. This normally puts it in your downloaded files but it depends on your computer settings.
You can then open the design in paint or word. For more directions please see the first page of my thread, post #8.

We are flying out this Thurs (the 18th) to get on the Fantasy on the 20th so I need them by Monday night so I have time to get them laminated and pack if possible!! Thanks so much!
