Ugh this is ridiculous! If we don't get free dining we will just book an awesome deal :) but I'd like to stay with our current TA wonder if they get a heads up? If she misses it, I won't be a happy camper

I'm setting my alarm, I'm two Hours behind Eastern time.
I will hit all the rumor boards, DV site but If I don't find anything I won't call unless someone says something.
So if anyone finds anything out, please post!!!
Also preparing for getting up early on Thursday morning, if nothing is released tomorrow morning.
This is getting Good!!!

If you book yourself, you can always cancel the reservation she has and then transfer the new one to her

TA's do not get a heads up. If you decide to book on your own in case she is unable to have it applied to your current reservation, you could always transfer your new booking to her, so she can still handle everything else for you.

It got sooo ugly. I was one that got to book the day before it went live (when they opened it on accident) and when I got on to Disboards to share the news that it was open, then others tried and couldn't get it.....they were mean!!!
Hello, my friend! Yes, that was an ugly time! People calling other people trolls, throwing fruit, accusing of lying! It was a dark year . . . . Black seemed threatened, Smitch disappeared (or was that the year before??). It was like a version of a bad soap opera! :)

I have to walk away from checking for a little while. In the last few hours, my room category has become unavailable for almost every set of dates I was considering...and they were pretty flexible. Every time I look there is less availability.

Hello Donp!!! How are you my friend!?! You are sooo right!!! It was ugly!!! Do you have a trip planned this year?

If you already have a reservation and want to add the free dining you have to call versus online, right?

Sorry for the stupid questions, but if I book a new reservation, I can transfer my ADRs over, right? And if I cancel the new reservation, I get my deposit back? Thanks!

I think that is right. That was where a lot of folks got lucky with waiting last year--they were able to just book online when the new promotion came out (before the servers exploded!). Other who had already booked had to call. Personally, I have never been able to find that wonderful MODIFY button . . .

New here! :) But, You should be able to. Last year, I was able to do it online, but my sister in law couldn't get through due to the system basically being down and she had to call and hold for hours. They even hung up on her after she waited for three hours at one point.

Your ADRs aren't tied to your vacation package, so they'll still be there. No transferring necessary. Yes, you get your deposit back.
