I've heard different things about this... we have 3 girls that aren't really into fast rides, roller coasters, or any fun rides (lol)... but they are probably tall enough for most, if not all of them. Can we still ride swap? Or no because they meet the height requirement. We may just do rides with single rider lines...

Website says you can. In practice, it's kids that are too small. You could still ask.

I have been at work all day---think I am caught up now---got the rumored RO dates and percentages from Black---any thoughts or rumors about a 35% pass holder/resident discount? The current room only discounts for GP are the same as Black listed but there is a 35% for pass holder and residents.

One last question (hopefully): how fast do these offers usually end? As in, if it launches at 7am, would it all be taken in 12 hours?

Ok, so I've read about this and it's still kinda fuzzy for me. Can you explain how it works? Because, we do in fact have a baby of our very own, so we wouldn't even have to borrow one from a stranger!!

There was a VERY detailed thread about it before, but I cant seem to find it now.

We all had the same FPs for every park but Epcot, so our 6 year old could ride everything twice. but with Epcot's tiering system we did this:
I got FP for soarin, DH and DS6 got FP for test track.
At their FP window, we all went to the FP line and asked for a swap pass for me, who was staying off with the 2 year old.
DH and DS6 rode Test track.

After they got done with TT, we went to Soarin where I had a FP. We all went to the FP entrance and asked for a swap pass for DH.
I road Soarin alone. When I was done, DD and DH6 got to ride with the swap pass, using the FP line.

when they finished with Soarin we hiked it back over to Test Track where DS6 and I got to ride, in the FP line, with the swap pass.

The paper swap passes are good for 3 people, and can be used anytime (I think ours were good for a week?).

Something is def up. I can't retrieve any reservations through the TA site. The site crashes every year. I was hoping this year would be different. Oh well. I've got all phones charged and ready to go.

Welp, I have to be at work at 4am tomorrow morning, so I'm turning in. Good luck to all you crazy people who are staying up all night. Although outwardly I wish you all the luck in the world in getting your free dining, secretly I'm hoping that Disney will do away with Free Dining altogether so that I can enjoy going in the fall with greatly reduced crowds once again.

I've got a question that maybe someone can help me with. I booked a room for my inlaws to go along with our room. However, when I booked it, I didn't sign up for a Disney account, thinking that once I got the confirmation # that I could go in and modify if possible. However, I'm not sure if that's possible. If I'm given the option tomorrow, how can I modify my inlaws trip along with mine, without having to call in?

Did anyone actually make reservations on line at 3 or 4am In the past when this was announced? Does it crash that early in the morning
Yes, I did. After booking, I tried to login here to post the news, but site maintenance had begun. I can't remember if it was during maintenance, or just after, but the Disney site crashed, and a nightmare for everyone trying to book ensued.

It says if any one in your party "can't or doesn't want to"

From what I've read, it depends on the cast Member - some will give them to you no problem, others will actually measure your kid and make sure they are too short. It's a crap shoot!
