Disney Gift Card Deals

Quick question...

How long do the RMN purchases from ShopDisney stay pending? I ask because I plan to take funds from my DVC dues account to buy a gift card (probably $400) in order to receive the $48 rebate. Then, I'll use the $48 and put it towards buying the rest of my gift cards at Target for 5% off when that rebate arrives. The thing is, I will need it by the middle of January. IIRC, it takes about a month, right? I should be OK, assuming it credits. I know that it is hit or miss and it may not credit at all.

Roughly 44 days.....maybe 45? My last two have been in that time frame. Not like the good ole' days of Dosh pending minutes later!

Update, my RMN from Sams on 10-25 went pending this morning finally.

This gives me hope for my purchase 6 days after yours!

When you go to buy a gift card with your Chase offers and without realizing it use the wrong credit card. Ugh!

Same. 20% cashback at Macy's via RMN plus stacked Am Ex deal "Spend $75 Get $15"
Now I know for a fact I used his credit card. I had to manually enter in his # and four digit security code during check out. Sometime in the afternoon I asked him if he received Am Ex email. No, no he did not! So I went to investigate and found out Macy's switched the card and put the charge on my Macy's Am Ex. card. I kid you not! I was so "mad". Anyway, before placing another order tonight, I deleted Macy's card from my account, logged out then a few minutes later logged back in and used his card and within minutes he got the email, $15 has been credited!

Has anyone else notice an influx of emails from your favorite stores regarding "policy changes"?! Yep, it's time for the warning of 30 day return policy at some stores. Another change is "Package Pick Up" which changes from five days to a week down to three to four days. The worst is waiting for those cancelled items to be credited back to your charge card.

Question: You can buy park tickets via shopdisney. I just need 2 1 day tickets for WDW....there seems to be no restriction for this with RMN Does the % off apply?

I did the RMN 20% cash back at Macy's yesterday and my order already shipped. I also bought a DGC gift card and did the 8% cash back at staples and I already got a confirmation from RMN that staples went pending - which is great but the cash back from Macy's will be even bigger. Any experience how long Macy's takes to show up on RMN ? Never ordered from them through RMN before. It shows that I activated the order on RMN but that is all so far. I wouldn't normally think anything of it because I know before it could take a while for certain purchases to show up. Maybe Staples is just super fast in reporting.

My Sam's membership expires tomorrow Nov 9 which is their 1 day sale. Will it still work tomorrow or is today the last day to use it? This always confuses me.

I bought a groupon for a membership and will sign up DH but wanted to wait.

Yes I did it in early October on 2 500 gift cards. Worked no problem. Does it show as 1%? I think discover is a little behind on the crediting.

I purchased a WM gift card on 10/10 and 10/11. The 5% showed up when my monthly statement posted a couple of days ago. Fingers crossed yours does too

Have you used Quik Coupons? Their Home Depot coupons must be used in store; you should get 15% off (use coupon code VIP40 when buying coupon for 40% discount), but check for exclusions. Note that their Lowes coupons also must be used in store now AND DO NOT WORK ON APPLIANCES (learned this the hard way).

Do you have an ink cash card? You could buy a Home Depot egift card at Staples online and pay with an Ink Cash for 5x UR - and go through RMN.

Other offers that come to mind. . .

Chase offer for Staples (to buy HD cards), Amex offer for Happycards (card gets mailed).

I also ordered from Macy’s through RMN. Nothing showing yet. Ordered a Disney gc from staples and that also isn’t showing yet. So if you have one already, you’re doing good lol! My staples normally take several days to post and my recent Sams club took 2 weeks!

I did Macy's yesterday. And BB on Wednesday. BB went pending today. My Macy's order was for in-store pickup and I haven't picked up yet.

Time to do four more BB orders of Disney gift cards (two more Amex offers to use).

I need the exact same thing. I haven't tried this, but when I click the ticket link on Shopdisney, the site re-routes me over to WDW for the purchase. That makes me think it won't work. Maybe someone else knows definitively???

Would be nice to see an Undercover Tourist Amex offer right now!

I may just use my Disney gift cards to buy direct from the WDW site if nothing better materializes in the next week or so.

I was super excited by this, but it looks like only Mobile and e-Gift, no physical...
