News Round Up 2020

This explains why I've been trying to check park hours with no success for the last few minutes. I'm sorry for people trying to do far more important things than that, though. :(

That’s how I am, some of my favorite rides are at tiny parks with only a handful of things to do, and others in the behemoth parks. I’m aiming to hit 500 roller coasters this year across 100 different parks.
I totally agree. Chicagoland used to have several parks back in the day that were great to visit. River view, Playland, Adventureland, Santa’s Village etc... All were good. All gone (except for Santa’s which isn’t the same)

News?
I need some additional info on this, though! It sounds like it gives 2 meals a day, so something between the DDP and the DxDDP?

Blog Mickey reporting it too (doesn't seem like any additional info though

Seems like only differences are:
-must be booked as part of package (so does that mean you must buy park tickets too?)
- meals are good for TS or QS (but why would you use for QS?)

Wonder how the cost compares to DDP/DLX. Seems kind of a hurried rollout - why not reveal details at the same time since it will implemented this week?

Yeah, seems like the Deluxe, but only two meals peer day rather than 3. And they specifically mention character meals separately so wonder if similar concept as Deluxe but targeting families more than folks that want to do signature dining

Is that a difference? That seems to be the same language they use now - that you need a "package," and that there are work-around if you want a dining plan but buy tickets elsewhere.

On another thread it was pointed out that it specified QS, TS, and character meals, but NOT dinner shows and signature meals. That would be interesting... I'm wondering if it includes desserts at QS and appetizers like DxDDP? And if it can be purchased as a DVC add-on like the other plans? Still in need of more info!

Yeah I'm really surprised they didn't release all the details considering in starts in like 4 days!
