Yes baseball! At least I've been enjoying the iracing Nascar has been broadcasting and I saw Indycar is putting there's on tv Saturday so I'll check it out. Last weekend was only online and I forgot about it.

There's at least one old Mariners game they are showing some time soon, hoping I didn't miss it, that I do want to watch. Gaylord Perry's 300th win from 1982 cause old school M's is so fun. I watched Randy Johnson's first no hitter the other day from 90 I think and it was amazing how tight they wore their pants compared to today. I know today's are so much looser and for some, way too baggy, but I had forgotten how tight they'd really worn them at one point. Really made him look like a bean pole.

Thanks for the heads up! We need more paper goods (TP, paper towels, and Kleenex) and are doing our part and not venturing out into stores, so I really appreciate the tip. It's annoying that Costco won't let us order anything anymore.

I'm trying to do pick up for everything too but have been having trouble with TP and Kleenex. We aren't to the point that it's urgent but knowing how long it'll probably take to find I don't want to wait until it's urgent so I've been looking at amazon and staples almost daily. DoC has posted about stuff being available, which is nice but at the same time helps it go faster I'm sure and I haven't seen the tweets in time. Most stores aren't allowing it for pick up which also makes it hard. I'm planning to stop at a local drug store chain on Sunday after my grocery pick up because it's rare to see more than 5 people in the store including the cashier to begin with so I think I'll be ok to stop there before 10am. Plus it'll let me pick up a bday card for my bff whose bday is the day after mine.

I have mixed emotions about this. On the one hand, I agree it’s very strange people are going to get a raise on unemployment. But on the other hand as someone who is going to be receiving unemployment for the foreseeable future I’m hugely relieved at the thought of receiving the additional money. DH and I feel like we just had the rug yanked out from under us. Many tears have been shed, and we have enough savings to live for a while, but this was so unexpected that we would both be unemployed. I could go on and on, but yes, I’m with you guys. It seems odd that people will essentially get a raise, but for my family the swift passing of the stimulus package was a tremendous relief. But as I stated above, I have yet to see the extra $600, and given how quickly the government typically moves, I’m not expecting it any time soon.

My DH and I were both unemployed together during the 2009-2010 recession. It was TOUGH. Virtual (socially distanced) hugs!!!

It's been impossible to do pick up here. I just want to make sure we don't run out of stuff like this, so even just being able to get one or two without going to the store is great. I know stores have stuff at opening, but I don't even want to go out these days.

I love cilantro. Like I love it with a passion and I add it to everything that even remotely makes sense. I feel so bad for those who have the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap. That is like the worst. Period!

TP is the one thing I know we are okay on for now BUT I know we can go from okay to desperation really fast. As a fam of 6, this weighs heavily on me and I wonder if maybe I should have joined the hoarders. I found TP a couple of weeks ago and it was limited to one per person. I could have had my dd17 buy a package but I just felt wrong buying more than we needed when others might need it more. So, I only bought one package.

The drafting error was something else, though they complained about the amount. But I read sonewhere that FlL ue tops at like 275 a week or something so if some states are lower like PP saidb itbmakes sense but then there's stayes that pay like 80% up to a certain amount so what do you do. That ue is taxed so hopefully people have it taken out or save up amd don't just think that extra 600 is a freebie.

All I know is several Republicans were calling this a drafting error on March 25th and were thinking about holding up the vote but decided not. Others said it wasn't a drafting error.

Not having sports on has been hard with DS. We've been watching old basketball games. Last night it was the 1984 NBA Finals Game 7 (Lakes/Celtics). The shorts were so short. I'm looking forward to the Michael Jordan Documentary coming out in two weeks--I think he'll watch that with me.
