I am one of those poor, unfortunate souls who was on hold with GS for over 6 hours last night (after holding over 3 hrs and being disconnected earlier in the day!) only to be told “system is down”.
I already canceled our July GDT-CL res online, but was hoping to be moved for our August and September GDT-CL res’s (keeping same dates), which I do not have the option to modify online.
Called at 7am this morning and 35 minutes later still holding for the first CM who will have to transfer me to GS for more hold.
I just made CL reservations at USO: Royal Pacific and Portofino so Disney will get what they want from me this time: I’m cancelling the 2 reservations. I can do that online!
