Hmm, maybe it is sold out but not updated on the website. Or there could be less tickets available than you are trying to buy.

well it’s been 24 hours now since first tried ,it shouldn’t let you add more tickets then available and I have never heard of that being an issue

If you are trying in the app or in a regular browser, maybe try using an incognito browser? Sometimes I get stuck with things it just won't seem to do for me on the site, and if I go onto an incognito browser (or try via safari on my ipad), it works. I don't know enough to explain why that might help, but it sometimes works for me!

these are the emails I get. 3 hours apart, a charge will be out on card and then reversed .

I'm thinking about switching from Boo Bash to Disney Very Merriest After Hours, as it will be longer, and have it's own fireworks show. Is anyone else considering switching?

Can that be done? I know you can switch Boo Bash dates if the one you want to switch to isn’t sold out, but will they let you switch to a totally different event??

Good question. I guess I'd need to be willing to spend 5 hours on hold to find out.

And you won’t even be able to switch until ticket sales open and then you will just be charged price difference and you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going be a big one

And during the time I am waiting on hold, trying to reach a cast member who can help me switch, my preferred date will be "sold out."

Of course, that might not be a big concern, as it will probably become available again later...

From your lips to Mickey's ears. I check for me new date every morning, I've even called. Everytime it's sold out. I know people are switching dates, but it seems like those tickets aren't going back on sale. I'm hoping for pixie dust when we get there but realize it's probably impossible.

I am also planning to try to make this switch. The after hours event just isn't working out for us on our Sept trip the way we had hoped.

Ha! Maybe I will get lucky…I originally had 2 tickets for 10/19 but then after the re-opening of dates and it sold out again, my parents wanted to go so I switched ours to the 17th so we could all go together. I’m sure it will sell out too eventually though but maybe I can hope for less crowded event! Also when I called to switch dates I did originally ask if there were cancellations or anything that weren’t showing up online to just add my parents to 10/19 and the guy basically said they see same thing that we do so no way for them to book if shows sold out. He didn’t know whether tickets were added back to the sold out dates when people canceled or changed dates because I specifically asked that too.

FYI-August 17th, the second night, is showing as sold out as well. I think that's a good sign that they really are limiting capacity.

Attending Aug 10 and Aug 17. Pre-party goals: meal, Splash, any show, IASW, Jungle Cruise, Under the Sea, astro orbiter. I don't expect to do them all, just these are the ones I'll see if my group wants to do. I'll keep an eye on 7D. If it is at 60 minutes at 830pm, I'd get in that line. I'd be out of it before the party starts, and possibly on it during fireworks (not likely, but I can dream!) Otherwise, I plan to go there at 12:25.

Also, if party merchandise is available before the party starts, I would check it out before the party. (They did this for the Villains After Hours event.) And I guess I have to figure out what the allergy (celiac) procedure for trick treaters is

Ask for a Allergy Friendly Bag (they were teal) and at the trick or treat spots they will give you tokens. You then go to a station and trade in the tokens for Allergy safe treats.

At mnsshp, they gave out bags which were like a small gift bag. It was easier to carry around if you used your own tote bag or dumped your candy in a backpack.

if you are solo and have to go to the bathroom you probably will be happier if you have your own bag. I don’t think the bag they supply would hang well on bathroom stall hooks and i wouldn’t want to set it on the floor.

of course we don’t know for sure if this event will be done the same as mnsshps of the past.
