For me, I think the US CL's, except HRH, are quite comparable, especially given how much less US costs. (Rack rates1/23: HRH=$509, RP=$454. WDW's: CR=$857, YC=$683, GF was $920/ $1200! Yikes!)
One area where WDW beats US CL's though is the coffee/latte machines at some of the WDW resorts. (or at least pre COVID-19). The WDW desserts also tend to be a little more elaborate. At Universal, appetizer hour is a little more substantial than WDW's, but it depends on the day.
The GF musicians made GF super, but now the only the pianist is there. He's super! Nothing at US compares, except sorta maybe that HRH lobby sometimes had live performers, but not as classy as a pianist.
Another plus of US, IMO, is providing bottled water. We tend to drink water over anything else. If I'm paying $500+/night, CL should include as much water as I can drink! Many hotels provide unlimited water for every hotel guest. IMO, that should be the norm.
As for fruit, it always baffles me that WDW and US don't offer fresh FL citrus this time of year. I have super fresh Florida Honeybells/grapefruit delivered to my house every January. They are SO amazing! In winter, the dose of vitamin C is a godsend, but WDW's oranges are Sunkist from CA!
