Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Hey guys! So I was just trolling the DVC booking site this morning and an AK CL night popped up during the time we are booked to stay there! Of course, I booked it immediately!! So, my question is, to those who have stayed recently… is there anything there this extremely picky eater can eat during evening hot apps?!? I mean, I’m fine with a liquid dinner too, if necessary, but just thought I’d ask! Thank you for your help!!

Real talk…my picky 13 year old eats the Mickey Bars, desserts by the metric ton, and we mobile order him chicken nuggets or a burger from Mara during evening apps at AKL. They used to have the chicken nuggets a few times a week but those are a Covid casualty. They have Uncrustables that we snag for him during the afternoon snack times if we are back early enough, if you like those? There is fairly heavy spicing and flavour on the food, so my honest answer to your question would be to drink your weight in wine and Prosecco and maybe roll the dice on the apps with Mara as a backup. And I say this as someone who wishes they could eat the apps, but is allergic to pretty much all of them…so I never get to eat them either!

That is really weird, because the 4/1-4/7 is what I put in when checking in April, and there it was even water view. Of course this is Disney IT and all, could be weird glitches, but on March 10-13 it showed rooms for me, and then the April 1-7 same thing just no big fancy suite.

I see regular rooms all those dates, just no club level.

They had some different style crackers and cheese options that were also delicious.
We had picky eaters there too, but did just fine. My pickiest ate a ton of breakfast items and assorted snacks.
We bought QS meals at the Mara and out and about. CL is a nice supplement.

Where are the videos lol?

I looked at my pix of AKL food. One day at night there were turkey n cheese roll ups.

What I often do is take breakfast food for later. I don’t eat the same on vacation. I get too over excited and don’t eat as much. I like to take some ham with some cheese , croissant, fruits and put in fridge for later. I can always eat that any hour when I get hungry.

I do like most of AKL food but dd did want chicken one night so we mobile ordered some. It took me a bit to find it lol.

I just checked too. Looks to me like it is available until March 6th, anything after that shows unavailable until May 26.

Yep dd wanted her Bach there and we couldn’t get a room her dates.

Anybody know why we can’t book the turret suites at YC end of April or early May? We need a room that sleeps 7 but currently only can find the Hospitality suite at Cr and 2 bedroom at BC. She likes the bed options of the turret better.

I posted earlier about strollers and such in the hallways. Like most I've seen an occasional scooter or two in my WDW travels but can't really recall the hallways being storage for so many strollers. In fairness it peaked one night then the other nights it was just one or two around.

I have always tried to keep a pretty firm 'mind my own business' attitude with Disney and CL. I'm sure I'm no saint and have probably done something or my kids have done something that made someone feel a certain way without realizing, so who am I to judge. But just seemed like several things this trip - whether that one time with towels in the hall, no shoes in the lounge, no shirts in the lounge, strollers in the lounge, grabby hand little ones, etc. Ivette, Irv, and some other pre-COVID CMs used to be really quick to keep order on some of those things in the lounge, new CM crew seemed more passive in that regard.

Anyway, I'm really being nitpicky and these were certainly moment in time situations, not constants - that's important. Just observations.

That reminds me, in one afternoon alone 2 different people were asked to leave to get shoes at the Tower Cl on our trip. It was a never ending problem.

Ok, I looked up the March dates on my phone just to see, then the April….you have to scroll past the DVC rooms, way at the bottom. I never look up rooms on my phone so no cookie history, and I didn’t sign in (unlike on my computer). Here are my screen shots if I can’t get them to work lol

Great find! I always get soooo happy when one of those pop up. No one else in my family understands the rarity of getting one of those rooms. Back in October they always had a "kid section" every night. Chicken nugs, uncrustables, ham and cheese pinwheels, meatballs? And always a fruit- watermelon, berries, cantaloupe, etc. Then the normal cheese and crackers. Have a great trip!!!

So excited, I finally nabbed a CR CL room with an AP discount ! So next weekend I’ll check in to a garden cottage at BWI (and get to do brunch again ), then we’ll transfer to a CR atrium CL room. We can have a nice walk back after being at MK late those nights instead of the bus situation. Still sad the 1-bedroom got snatched up before my daughter would agree to CR, but so happy this room suddenly became available for those nights .

Yeah, despite adding many resort suite options to show up online when they messed with things at reopening, most of YC’s suites are still only available by calling. The Commodore Suite, Captain’s Deck suite, the Turret suites, etc. I assume there is some logical reason they keep these offline (conventions, VIPs, TA stuff, who knows?) - but I wish they would add them!

DH swore it was you!! The hair was such a close match!! Hey, we can say it’s you! No one has to know!! We found ourselves on someone’s 4th of July video a couple of years back watching fireworks!!

I was just showing that it's not closed for the entire time, because people kept telling me it wasn't available after a certain date in march, and the OP said they tried the 1-7 and there wasn't anything there. I was just giving an example that it's not closed for that entire time. Now, end of the month, yes for those dates, but it's not early March-May that it's closed, there ARE dates available and I was just giving examples. I don't know why everyone is fighting me on this honestly, I was just trying to prove that it IS possible to to book that for certain dates.

edit to add: it looks like it starts to be unavailable April 8, any time before that still has availability. And again, someone said earlier they looked April 1-7 and there wasn't anything, so that's why I used it as an example. Good grief, I'm not trying to start a fight, but I don't know why I get picked on.

Hello again! I already booked Poly for my husband and myself for May 2023 (very excited!) and just booked AK Savana 1 bedroom suite CL for September 2023. Would I request Zebra trail upper floor? Or are all CL rooms on a specific floor already? Thanks for the advice. It's so far off, but I guess it doesn't hurt to throw in requests!
