Hertz not linking-carrentalsavers

I cancelled a reservation through Hertz because found a better rate with carrentalsavers. It won't let me see the details of the reservation in my Gold account-all I can see is that I have a reservation. It is telling me the coupon is not valid for that location (Mco) when I click on details/modify so does this mean I'll be getting a surprise price increase upon arrival? I booked a backup through Dollar and another backup through Thrifty through autoslash. Of course this is for next week. Any insight or expert advice from experience greatly appreciated.
 
I had the same issue yesterday and chatted with them-they said they were having site issues and to keep checking back, but did verify my coupon and reservation were both there
 
I still can’t get in this morning, but I’ll keep checking-hopefully it’s something that gets situated soon!

I just called. They can see my reservation is active but they can't tell me the price since I went through priceline/carrentalsavers. Sounds a little off to me but hopefully it will work out.

Uh oh...well that doesn't sound good...I didn't even think to ask about the price-because it showed previously as the correct price before yesterday. I only started having these issues yesterday, and only with viewing my reservation. I am able to see my profile and the reservation shows on the app, but I can't "view details" so I just have the confirmation number showing and the dates etc. I get nothing but the promotional code error on the Hertz website.

That is exactly what I am experiencing and this just started yesterday as well. She was able to verify everything except the price (which is obviously important!) I am a little nervous, Wonder if I should hold to my additional free cancel Thrifty reservation just in case.

I still have one with Alamo (through Costco) that I'm holding onto as well. I did notice that carrentalsavers is still showing availability for minivans through Hertz so I am thinking this really is a Hertz site issue

I checked my hertz reservation, booked thru carrentalsavers and I am running into the same thing with the coupon. I have a back up with Alamo I plan to hold onto anyways. It was working fine on Tuesday so I'm not super worried.

I am really hoping that it's truly just a site issue...there is a $76 difference between my Hertz and Alamo rentals so not a horrible difference but still
 
The site and app still are not working for me howeve- I just chatted with a rep and they verified the reservation and cost for me and it was all correct
 
This has been so stressful. I just did chat through text with Hertz and they confirmed the correct price. No idea why the phone agents either couldn't tell me or had some other crazy price

yes I do and I also did the text chat just now and they confirmed the right price. The phone call center just was not helpful. It was a lot of background noise and heavy accents so text was much easier

Yes I have used it twice so far and they were very helpful and polite…I also don’t love talking on the phone so if I have the option to chat I choose that first…it doesn’t always work out-but this time it did
