But, are the resorts truely "sold-out" anymore? They may place a sold out label on the resort, but who know how much inventory they have to sell.

They are only selling points deeded to BPK right now. All the points they took in 2021, before the announcement, have not been sold as they are deeded to the original building.

It does seem odd they are taking more.

One reason here might simply be to prove to various managers or execs that buybacks at a low level won't meaningfully increase direct sales. This wouldn't be the first time that lower-level Disney employees did something to prove to higher-ups that the proposed plan was faulty. And this might also be the result of the call-out on the earnings call last week.

I'm not saying you are wrong, because frankly none us us knows.....

But when you are with a company that size..... middle management is not really allowed to think for themself.....

The way to watch rofr through OCC register is looking at recent purchases where Disney is the buyer. You can also take the seller name to see when the original purchase happened.

That might be important right now because Florida recently signed SB 264 into law. Some new direct purchases have reversed transactions past the recision period and after mortgage finalized etc, which appear like an rofr.
