I have started a list in a spreadsheet. Take a peek at the first post... I've already listed info I need. Once I hear from others I will get something more concrete. Thanks!![]()

Basing it on Juneau, I've found info that in May, the average high MAXIMUM is 53ºand the low 39º!
I for one am going to get some Damart Thermolactyl !!! Used that stuff when I was a letter carrier in Pittsburgh and it's WONDERful!!!
Good Morning!!!
So far we have
19 cruisers
12 staterooms
06 B2B
and it's only the 2nd day... 500+ to go!![]()
UNPREDICTABLE!
When we went in May on Holland America back in the 90's we were told that was the temperature and that it would rain probably every day.
It was unseasonably warm and I remember one day it was 78 degrees. We only had one afternoon of a light drizzle for about 2 hours, the rest of the time it was beautiful.
My suggestion.....layered clothing.
I know I don't need to suggest it, but maybe you need "anti-freeze".Basing it on Juneau, I've found info that in May, the average high MAXIMUM is 53ºand the low 39º!

Oh all you folks who are CLEARLY not from Rochester, NY!!The weather in Alaska in May is going to feel like a balmy Spring day for us!! OK, well that's probably stretching the truth a bit...BUT....our winter clothes by late April/early May will only have been packed up for a few weeks as our "winter" doesn't feel like it really ends here until mid to late March at least (last year it snowed here in the first week of April). So while it's uncommon for me and Jason to vacation somewhere where it isn't warm (which isn't a shock since about the only place we vacation is WDW
), the weather won't be too big an issue for us....it just means we'll spend less time sunbathing on Deck 10!!

Being a Canadian from Southwestern Ontario I can totally relate...I think we'll be the only ones up on deck in our shorts as we'll be thinking it's warm!!!!!!
Hoping to join you all on the B2B. Only a silver, so I'll know next Monday. Fingers crossed!!!
