Hi there, hopefully someone can help as I am confused. We are booked to go to OKW in July. We have used points for our stay and we've made a cash reservation for the grandparents. Our use year is June. I am just wondering, can we borrow our 2026 points when we get into June to book or is that impossible? I cannot figure this out

As of June 1st 2024 you will be in your 2024 UY and you can borrow the 2025 points for a trip anywhere from June 1st 2024 to. May 31st 2025. However, for example let's say it is now August 1st 2024 and you want to book a reservation for July 4th 2025, given this reservation is in your 2025 UY, you could borrow your 2026 points for it.

We go on the 22nd July 2024 borrowing 144 points. We have 200 points per UY.

When you make the reservation is not a factor, it’s the date of stay. You can borrow 2026 for a stay 6/1/2025 or after.

That trip falls in your 2024 use year so the only points you can use for that one would be ones banked from 2023, actual 2024 points, and borrowed from 2025.

Like others stated, your 2026 points can only be borrowed for trips starting in your 2025 use year, so June 2025 - May 2026.
