I'm in Canada too - once I got the call to actually go through, the wait time wasn't that bad.I'm confused and losing hope, do we just sit and stay in the queue that says evaluating and pardon the inconvenience, will it keep our place in queue when fixed, opinions? I hate to sit on hold as I'd be calling long distance from Canada, so tired and frustrated right now. OMG !!! My approximate wait judgement back to more than a hour!! So I guess I'll keep waitin "patiently"
I just kept trying - probably 30 or 35 times before i got to the automated menu.I dont understand how those that are calling are getting through. I get silence or all circuits are busy. Back to over an hour on the screens
What number did you call?Just called and the time from calling to complete the survey at the end a total of 16 minutes.
Did you select "3" for annual pass?Wow - I think I manage to get through on the 7679 number just in time. Literally less that 15 minutes from calling to email confirmation.
