Bengal BBQ no longer living up to hype?

Haven't eaten here in a few years, but I always loved it when we did. Hope Disney makes it delish again at least for those taste buds that noticed the change and do not like.

I haven't been able to enjoy Bengal BBQ since becoming gluten-free. Everything is pre-seasoned and all the sauce options have soy/trace gluten. I wouldn't even mind plain, sauce-less grilled meat (since my sensitivity isn't so severe, a little cross-contamination risk seems to be OK) but it's not even an option.

For what it’s worth, I had the Beef Skewer (with the sweet sauce) this past Sunday and I thought it was as good as it ever was.

And a reminder: use mobile order!

My daughter got the beef skewer Friday and couldn't even chew it. We went back to the counter and got another one and it was fine.
