Hey guys! Just a quick update from my corner of the world.

DD arrive safe and sound in AZ on Sat. evening. One prayer request....I heard from her father yesterday and they have decided NOT to go to the Grand Canyon...it's too far from where they're staying.....Why didn't they look at a map before getting the kids excited about seeing it. It is far, but not that far....I'd be going! Well, it is the one thing DD wanted to see and I am a bit angry with him(nothing new) and he knew it!

Also, my parent's are gone to FL and my Sis and fam. are down there for the week. I went to the house to turn up the heat for the upcoming colder temps. Well, it was only 20 degrees in there! The furnace had quit and everything is frozen. Icicles from the faucets and the toilets are big ice cubes!!! I had to call my parents and tell them while they were at MK - not exactly the news you want to hear while there! I was there yesterday to let the furnace man and plumber in. Things are now melting and I have to go back today to check on leaks. A great school vacation so far!

Any prayers will be greatly appreciated! I'll check in later ....hopefully with better news

Hi Tash! So good to hear that your daughter is in Arizona safely. Sorry she won't be able to visit the Grand Canyon. Hopefully she'll get to do a lot of other cool things, though.
