Advice please.

Has anyone ever signed closing documents for a copper creek contract yet the closing documents say “Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge”?

Yikes. I definitely wouldn't sign anything with the wrong location listed! Let us know what you find out.

It is pretty easy for people to leave it blank if they don’t want to take the time to make sure the link works, or can not post them yet.

It’s a lot of work to make sure the rules regarding businesses are followed. As the rules state, post the link, and let the filter do its job.

Passed ROFR on 4/15 and just been informed the sellers have an online notary appointment on 4/30. We have signed and can send funds today, so I'm a little bit gutted we have to wait so long for the sellers to be able to sign!

Yeah, the trend has been 2 solid weeks for e-notary services... I got that as well a week before you and a whole bunch of people were saying the same around that time

Wait I’m an idiot…I’ve been looking at my Dashboard to see if the contract would pop up, but just decided to look at My Vacation Points tab and the contract is there (without points) . Now I have no idea when it was loaded lol. But excited to call tomorrow to try to load them on!

We are finally all good with our resale SSR.

Ours took 59 days total.

A few interesting things.

Everything really fast until ROFR which took us 32 days for some crazy reason.

From Closing to points in our account only took 15 days.

We're new DVC members, we got our emails last night on the 17th with our ID and Activation. I'd say around 5:30pm. Then today at 1030am we had our points loaded. I did not use Chat or call.
