I have been swimming for more years than I can remember. I need to lose 50lbs. I have a cruise this fall and 2 trips this summer and fall planned. Also We have a family cruise on the Dream next June. I certainly do not want NANA to get stuck in the aquaduck and have a fire hose blow me out. Maybe I could join y'all and get tips to keep me on the right track. I'm not great with structured diets and I certainly know which foods to increase and to avoid. Just need someone to be accountable to. Help me from drowning. Denise
Hi Denise & welcome! Sorry but I got a giggle out of your fire hose reference I am like you & do not do well with structured diets. What works best for me is watching my food portions & tracking my calories. I am not very good at the exercising part either, walking & housework are my exercise right now lol
I weigh myself on Mondays & post my results here. So far I am down 8 & 1/2 lbs. I have a long way to go, but I will get there. My pants are not feeling as snug, so that gives me even more ambition to stay on track.
