I have to say that my experience of booking this time compared to our visit in 2015 is that the booking agents might be very efficient but they are less knowledgable and don't stay on the phone for as long. I don't think they all know about the second number for bookings either. I would ring again and hope a different person knows more. I explained I needed my second number and I must have got lucky.
I asked for my second number the last time I called, the agent had no idea what I was talking about and continued to tell me to use the one I was sent in my original email. It's very annoying to be told so many different things from people who should know. It's only been 2 weeks since I booked so I'll give it a few more weeks and then call them again I suppose.
