That’s a fair point some of its wishful and I also have throughly enjoyed John and Kevin’s trip reports on trips I will never take.
This is being billed as a planning show. Only a handful of people a day do the VIP tour out of the 18.3 million visitors a year to DL.
A better use of time would be discussing the Good Neighbor hotels which haven’t even hardly been mentioned in several weeks. DL has 3 hotels but 48 GNHs! DLR has fewer rooms then Pop at about 2500, even if they sold out every room every night, they would only put a dent in the annual 18.3 mil visitors to DL and 9.5 mil visitors to DCA.
The old cast discussed the GNHs often, keeping the 5 Best Westerns straight easily or comparing the Tropicana and the Candy Cane Inn.
How this is being billed as a better planning show discussing an experience truly for the 1% is well, just silliness.
