Do 2001 Entertainment Books ever go half price???

Yes! Not sure when (I would think when coupons expire within 6 months), but check the www.entertainmentbook.com website (at least I think this is the site) and check. I got one for the Raleigh, NC area for 1/2 off just to use coupons for restaurants.:p
 
Would that be the right one to purchase? If so, what kind of coupons does it have in it?

Select all books, select Orlando and hit restaurants, coupons and restaurants come up Modify address with zip code 34747. You must have the entertainment card or DC to get the discounts!

I JUST ORDERED ONE FOR CHARLOTTE NC AND USED THE CODE WB1VL AND GOT HALF OFF NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING. AFTER BECOMING A MEMBER I WAS ABLE TO ORDER 4 BOOKS FOR SAN DIEGO ($40 A PIECE REGULARLY) AND USE THAT SAME CODE - THE TOTAL W/SHIPPING WAS $35 = $8.75 EACH.
 
I was just looking to order the book for Lancaster, PA. Son will be starting college there in August so we'll be going up frequently to watch him play sports. What is this code for? Can anyone use it anywhere? If I have to pay full price I'd like to give the credit to a group which is fundraising, anyone know a deserving charity with a number?
 
How much is the dc discount? The WB1VL code discount is 10.00. How do you enter your dc# because I tried just the dc# and got an error. I put dc in front of the number and got and error. Help!!!! TIA :confused:
 


DC card is an Entertainment card, as far as hotels go. In their "welcome" package they should have sent you a book with the hotels listed in them. Of course, the DC book doesn't include Orlando hotels but you are still entitled to the Entertainment rate at Orlando hotels. Borrow someone else's book to find these hotels or go to the HalfPrice website.

Using the DC card, I was able to book the Swan for 1/2 price -- just called the number and asked for the Entertainment rate. Also I had booked the Renaissance Orlando resort, which looked like a really nice hotel, for $85 a night thru Entertainment. Great rate. (I canceled them both in order to stay at Old Key West.)

The little crown on the back of the DC is all you need to show at the desk. That means you belong to Entertainment.

If you still want the Entertainment book, you might try organizations that sell these books for fundraisers (e.g. Walgreens). Some of the bigger corporations in Cincinnati will sell Entertainment books after January for as low as $5 just to get rid of them.
