AK - Everest (FOP was really disappointing in the sense that the effects are great but nothing about Avatar is particularly interesting)
HS - Toy Story (toughest park to choose -- ToT and RnR are also great)
Epcot - Test Track (but TT would probably be like my 10th favorite Disney ride -- Epcot really needs to up its ride game)

Best ride at Disney for us is probably Splash Mountain, but both Harry Potter and the Mummy rides at Universal are better, and none of the Disney coasters can hold a candle to Hulk.
