Does anyone know if Disney requires ID or proof of being a florida resident when using special florida resident discounted passes???

I have a friend who will purchase them for us because we do not live in FL. Do you think this will be a problem. Is it worth doing this??? I heard the discount was large.

You can't do it. They have all kinds of procedures in place to prevent it, including requiring ID when the pass is activated.
