We're doing Disney for 9nights at CSR, but have plans to go to Discovery Cove/SeaWorld. I'd like to stay at HRH, just to stay there and not do any Universal parks. Is it far to Sea
World? Is there a shuttle or not far by taxi?

Anyone have the telephone # for HRH?

HRH sits right onsite at Universal in front of the gates to US/IOA gates.

Seaworld is about half way between WDW and US being alittle closer to WDW.

I used the entertainment card for a rate of $155 for a deluxe room. $125 was also available for a standard room. I called 1 800 U ESCAPE for my reservations.:)

My rate was $125 for the end of August. And by the way, USF provides courtesy, free transportation for its resort guests to Sea World and local attractions!

I got a rate of $109 for a pool view room for October 20 for one night using my Loews First Gold card. I could've had a deluxe room for $129. You can apply for the card (it's free) at the Loews website http://loewshotels.com/loewsfirst_application.asp or by phone 1.800.LOEWS12. This link shows the benefits of each type http://loewshotels.com/loewsfirst.asp. We stayed at the HRH in January and went to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and the Universal Studios parks. It is definitely close. You can also find inexpensive places to eat on International Drive that will be cheaper than the HRH restaurants, if you want that. If you have a Universal Fan Club card that you can get free from travel agents, you can try to get discounts with that too. Sometimes you have to book through the travel agent, but it doesn't cost you any extra. I used my Fan Club card in January and got the HRH garden view for $99 a night. We also got upgraded to pool view. You do have several options to try to get discounts. When are you going?

This is sounding great. I'm going to FL 10/25-11/3. I thought we'd move to HRH the last 2 nights & I could send my DD & DGD to Discovery Cove 1day & SeaWorld one day and I could rest up by that beautiful pool at HRH! Of course when my DD (28) finds out she might want to skip taking my DGD to Seaworld!
