Is Walt Disney's head frozen?

No. He was cremated after his death, as he wished.

Actually, this is the perfect forum for that question. You see, Walt's Frozen Head is an active poster on this forum.

Of course his head is frozen! Ted Williams will be having a conversation with Walt in just a few weeks!
Vanilla Sky, baby, Vanilla Sky ...

Walt's Head is NOT frozen, but Walt himself is. He resides in a secret military base in Canada. They have thawed him out twice thus far and "woken" him, unfortunately, not with the results they have hoped for. Therefore he has had to be refrozen. Someday, maybe the technology will be out there and Walt will no longer be a popsicle! ;)

I got this information from a highly reputable cousin of a friend of a friend who once actually visited Disney Land! ;)

Sure he is. I have proof. Every year our local auditorium puts up signs that read:

"Coming soon, DISNEY ON ICE".

They claim its an ice skating show, but..

I saw absolutely no proof on the snopes link that Walt Disney isn't frozen in a tube.
Vanilla Sky, my friends, Vanilla Sky

and you have proof that he is? Do you have proof that the Sun is hot? Do you have proof that you saw that horrible movie Vanilla Sky ??

This rumor may just be the grand daddy of them all. Please let me help to set the record straight.

I saw his grave first hand. He is buried in a cemetary in California. I've been sworn to secrecy regarding it's location, so don't even bother asking where. It's a very peaceful and lovely spot, well hidden from clear site. In order to protect the site from grave robbers, and in order to prevent a circus-like environment, the site has never been disclosed publicly. The frozen head and/or body accounts are simply ridiculous.

And how do you know he's actually buried there? And where are Scully and Mulder when you need them? ;)

And how do you know he's actually buried there?

If you follow that line of reasoning then perhaps no one who has a headstone with their name on it is actually buried there. lol

Honestly Planogirl, I know you were kidding. But for those buying into the rumor, do you honestly think that the Disney family would go out of their way to build a gravesite hidden from clear view, and never announce it's location, for no apparant reason other than to fuel speculation of the frozen conspiracy? Sorry, i don't buy it.

I retract my statement...I didn't know we were actually going to hear from Walt's head himself (or should that be itself?).

Walt's Head -- you are my hero! ;)

:jester: LOL :jester:

WDWHound.......LOL.....:jester: :jester:

If that's the case.....I've seen him....every year!!!:jester:

Everyone I work with kinda thinks I am the "Disney" expert....sooo.....
My boss called into his office....I thought I was in trouble....
He asked me "Is Walt really frozen?"!!!!!!

Amazing how people will believe anything?!!:jester:

I've read that this grave is at Forest Hills (or is it Forest Lawn) cemetary in Los Angeles. There is an open marker with his name, date of birth and death on it.

and updated with his wife and daughters name....

BTW He is buried at Forest Lawn. Famous Cemetery in LA.

Walt's head is not frozen but the suit he wore to make his presentation for the "Florida Project" is buried dead center under Cinderella castle at WDW.

As a child I had always hoped the rumor of Walt being frozen was true. Maybe one day doctors would find a cure for his cancer and somehow be able to revive him.
Wouldn't that be magical?;)
