low carb treats at WDW

Low Carb Snack Options

Boiled Eggs: You’ll find these in grab-and-go cases in the parks and resorts, and even in the Starbucks locations around the property!

Dill Pickles: Look for park kiosks serving “better-for-you-fare,” such as Liberty Square Market (in Magic Kingdom), The Land Cart (in EPCOT), Harambe Fruit Market (in Animal Kingdom), and Anaheim Produce (in Hollywood Studios).

Mini Wheels of Babybel Cheese: Check the kiosks mentioned above, and note that lots of Counter Service locations carry these as well, thanks to Disney’s relationship with the company.

Popcorn is basically all carbs.
5 grams of net carbs in a cup is pretty low and popcorn can definitely fit into a keto diet. It’s a healthy whole-grain snack that is low in carbs.
Popcorn is much lower in carbs than most snacks at WDW unless you are eating caramel or kettle corn.

These look like items teenage boys would be so excited to get while seeing a Mickey bar dripping from someone´s hand.

Well, if they're trying to make their weight class for wrestling, options besides bringing your own snacks are limited. I'd hope they'd have some self-control if they're really serious about making weight. The Mickey bars, churros, and cupcakes will still be there when the wrestling match/meet is done 😁

One of the highest carb things they have. The brine they use is loaded with sugar
The brine is primarily salt, hence why they taste more like ham than turkey. The amount of brown sugar they use isn't going to soak into the meat to become a carb-heavy meal.
