Champagne Girls!!! What are they? Who are they? Can I join? Should I join? Do I have to wear a tutu???We're doing a champagne tasting for those who want to taste, those who want to sip (tasting some, not all) and for those who want to drink something else. Not sure where and when yet, but it will be onboard. All attendees are the Champagne girls and must wear pink clothes and probably a pink tink tiara for our picture...to be taken and put in a pink frame to hang over our bars. Cheri is our mascot Sassy Bubbles who will wear the pink tink costume and she will be assisted by her mascot champagne cork, Corrine.

We have members, the tasters, and honorary members, the sippers and non-champagne drinkers, along with our mascots.

Karen is considering doing a wine tasting as well, more news on that at a later date. PM EllaEnchanted if you are interested in any of the positions available!


Fish Mail Groups!!! Please PM Calmom if you interested in leading a group or just joining a group. She is coordinating the groups. Fish Mail is where you get gifts during the cruise in your fish extender. If you don't know what a fish extender is keep reading....

Hope ya'll find me! I don't know how to post a link to the old thread, and frankly not sure what that would accomplish. We need a link from the old thread to here but it is closed so I don't know how to do that. Wait, I will ask Mary if she can post a link to here on the old closed thread.

I think the worst part of this is when others who may not be caught up read the old thread they cannot reply since it is locked. That makes it hard to keep everything fluid. I will have to remember to keep on top of the thread when it gets close to the maxium allowed posts number.

Well, I guess this answers the question of whether they will shut down our thread or not

I wonder if some of us with room in our sig lines could add a link to the #2 thread so it doesn't get lost. I don't think I have room, but I'll try and play around with it tomorrow.

This is going to be very frustrating over the next few months. Should we make a bet...when we set sail we will be on Ship of Thieves #??

Ok everyone I've added a link to part 2 in the first post. The orignal threads have not come back yet. When they do they will be in pieces. It was found in the testing that the long threads were what was slowing down the boards and we have a lot of long threads here in the cruise meets section.

Well, I am finally caught up once again, but it is getting late here. It was frustrating not to be able to respond to any of the last 30-some pages. I didn't get to answer some of the questions posed to me.

Quite a ways back I mentioned to someone that I thought the Giants could win it. I wasn't really rooting for either team, but became a Giants fan during the game. AND as for the tears...well, tough guys can have soft hearts too. Junior was trying to keep from tearing up during the National Anthem, as just one example.

AWESOME job on the Anthem too, wasn't it, for once.

Great game, and I wasn't even going to watch it. I was so glad I did. It's been an amazing year for the Patriots. It was sad to see them lose, in a way. But, then, I wasn't really a fan of either team. The Giants wanted it more. Those last few catches were truly incredible. The last TD was perfection. Congratulations to all of you Giants fans.
