Radisson Shuttle at end of cruise?

Has anyone taken the shuttle from the Radisson to the port but when they returned taken a cab back to the Radisson to avoid the lines waiting for the Radisson shuttle?
I was concerned about trying to get on the shuttle with all the other folks that will also be going to the Radisson when we arrive back in port.

I think that will be my plan, to take the shuttle to port, and the cab back to the Radisson. We'll be driving to WDW after the cruise, and I don't want to waste valuable time waiting for the shuttle to take me back to get our car. It might be worth doing it both ways if we can't get the shuttle until afternoon the day we leave for the cruise. I plan to try to be at the port at about 11:30. Surely even with cab fare both ways, it won't cost what it would to park at the port.

I'm with you on that Samsma but ARE there many or any cabs at the port when the ships dock to take passengers? Can't seem to find that out.
