So, while I don't want to take away from the spirit of the OP, I would argue against the title of the thread, which includes "no diversity."
I kind of had to chuckle to myself a bit, because considering how many members of the podcast are members of the LGBTQ community, I would consider this statement of "no diversity" quite off-base.
I also think they have diversity in spades. They have diversity of sexual orientation, religious diversity, age diversity; people of different backgrounds, people who grew up with different levels of Disney experience. Single people, married people. Men, women. Parents, single with no kids, a family with a child with special needs. I think if you look at all the different podcast members, as people, there is vast diversity, in their lives and in their experiences.
Again, I totally respect those who feel differently. And, I can completely understand your wishes to see more representation. But, I think Pete and his crew do an excellent job of putting together a team that jives well, plays off each other, and promotes his brand well. I do believe that when Pete brings in talent, he will choose the best person for HIS team, whether the person is white, black, purple, or polka dot.
