Napa Rose! Like I said before this was our 3rd time eating here. The food as always was pretty amazing! Our service this time was VERY bad. I don't usually complain about thing. I get that sometimes service is slow or you have a bad night. This was different. The restaurant was not full, maybe half full. Our waiter was not helpful when we had questions and for the most part not around. Jason ordered the chefs tasting menu with wine and not only did he switch a wine without asking they forgot a course all together. They poured the wine but no food. He finally asked after he was served his main and they didn't say much just brought him a plate and acted like it wasn't a big deal. After waiting a 1/2 hour for our desserts after ordering them, we tried to cancel by flagging our waiter down. Instead he saw us, had someone else bring them out and after 10 more minutes came to see how my "famous" Guy Fieri Hot Chocolate was which I replied COLD! At that time he just picked up my plate, didn't ask if I wanted anything else, and returned with a check. He did take the dessert off but his attitude was horrible! Jason is writing a letter. The meal was not inexpensive in the least and we expected the price but not the service. We should have said something then but we had guests and wanted to see the fireworks. I will let you know if we ever hear anything! OK! Now the food!
