Wait Time with MS, Monday 9:50AM, 40 minutes?

Anyone know why wait time would be 40 minutes???

Seems every time lately wait time is getting LONGER!
Cutbacks on staff???

Yesterday was booking day for both 2015 Member Cruises. Since they were booking two cruises at the same time, it's possible that some people could never get through and are calling today to try and book a MC.
