Wednesday 28th - Our last full day. We decided we'd go to typhoon lagoon in the morning. We both loved crush n' gusher and wanted to go have some fun in the wave pool. We left about 12pm because we wanted to go back to YC get changed and try catch lights, camera action at HS as it was cancelled due to the weather last week. We got the boat to HS and went straight to the arena but just as we went to sit down they announced it was cancelled due to a power cut most of the rides were down so we went or lunch at starring rolls. I had a ham sandwich with crisps and an m&m brownie, Tom had a turkey sandwich with crisps and a chocolate eclair. I loved the brownie, it was delicious.
We went on toy story mania and Tom beat me again! Then we walked back and spent the rest of the afternoon by the quiet pool. We had an ADR at Ohana so we got the bus to MK then the monorail to the Polynesian. It was lovely food but A LOT of food! First we had pi apple and coconut bread which was surprisingly good, then salad with passionfruit dressing. Next was pork dumpling and honey chicken wings. Followed by noodles and veg, then as much meat as you wanted. We had chicken, pork and steak. The steak was really yummy, cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. Pudding was the famous bread pudding but we weren't overly keen. We got up and had a dance with the lady entertaining the children and got a flower necklace thingy majjiggy!
After dinner we went and watched the fireworks on the beach. It was amazing, so magical and romantic. We got the boat from the poly back to MK and went directly past all the boats lit up. It was a lovely evening to end our relaxing holiday
