What would be your ceiling on the amount of dues you pay?

If dues on a studio (on an owner DVC contract) cost more than a moderate rack rate, it would really get me thinking.

In a quick comparison, I think that would be about $12 dues in today’s market.

I'll be specific: $10.

I forecasted MF/point at different annual inflation rates when I bought into CCV.
3% - $10.27 in 2030
4% - $10.16 in 2027
5% - $10.44 in 2026

I also forecasted MF/point at end of the contract 2067 based on annual inflation rates.
3% - $30.68
4% - $48.79
5% - $77.23

I find it highly unlikely that cash rental will not increase at a similar rate as MF.
