What wouldn't you do again?

I would not do Animal Kingdom again. Once was more than enough.

I agree. Although it might not be my choice as I have little kids.

And, I wouldn't sit through Country Bear Jamboree. When are they going to get rid of that old dog?

I have to echo Stitch. That was the worst 1/2 hour of my life that I will never get back! We did get a good laugh out of the so-called "ride". While we were waiting in line someone "broke wind" and my gag reflex is very sensitive so we were all laughing because I couldn't stop gagging. That combined with how cheesy the ride is...we had a few good jokes over it.

I agree with those who are giving stitch the thumbs down. I did like alien encounter (I think that was the name) but stitch is just not a good way to spend my precious vacation time. It really is not good at all. Also we found the new Nemo ride at Epcot to be a Major snooze fest as well. I do disagree with the Laugh Floor being boring. We enjoyed it but we do like the corney jokes so I'm sure that makes a big difference.

Now see, I'm just the opposite. AE was terrible IMO, but I can sit through Stitch if I have to. But I'm pretty sure that's only because I have this strange attraction to him. :stitch:

One thing? The Riverboat in MK on our last trip...Zzzzzzzzzzzz.

I totally agree. It put us to sleep but we are happy that we did it once. Oh and Stitch...never again. I can't stand being in the dark.

One thing that I definately won't do again is skip out on seeing something that I wanted to see. We were there last November and my mom and I were checking out a few of the resorts on the monorail line while my husband and boys went swimming back at the hotel. It was our last day before flying out the next morning 7am.

The monorail driver recommended that we stop at the GF to see the gingerbread house....but after stopping at the both the Contemporary and Poly...we felt we should go back to the Boardwalk because I didn't want to spend too much time away from my boys. When I got back to the hotel they were done swimming and all 3 were taking a nap. :guilty: Never got to see the huge gingerbread house and not sure if we would have the chance to go around Christmas time again.

I agree... Stitch was horrible. We kept waiting for something exciting to happen and it never did.

I would also go back and never have gotten sucked into character autographs. This consumed a lot of our time and energy!;)

We liked AE (thought it was funny, not scary). I agree that the Stitch "ride" is not the best, but it is my chance to see that little blue guy who I find IRRESISTIBLE! I sit through it a couple of times each trip just to see Stitch!

The smell in Stitch is so rancid and awful, it turned our stomachs! My son loves Stitch, but he cried (and he's 7 and doesn't even cry on Space Mountain!)....the smell and the total darkness combined with sudden LOUD noises was just too much.:sad2:

Considering the ages of those going with you, what you don't want to do, your parents/grandmother might like. I definitely would do a character meal and IMO, Crystal Palace is a great one because you are already in the park, or Cinderella's Casle. Echoing a previous poster, being the the MK that early in the morning with no one between you and the Castle is pure magic!

I wouldn't do Mickey's Backyard BBQ....due to food quality, price and character interaction. And I don't recommend it during really hot weather.

Sorry, I love everything Disney....but this!

I agree with whomever said they hated sounds dangerous with drew carey. I, too thought it would be cool and different and absolutely hated it...( and there is usually not one thing at disney that i do not like )

Another vote for STITCH

And if I had my way I would never again visit WDW with my in laws. We live 3 hours away and their idea of a Christmas gift is for the family ( there are 17 people total) to visit the parks one day in January together. Did I mention we do this TOGETHER? Meaning, all go on the bus together, all agree on the same park, spend all day following each other around the park. If one needs a rest room break, the rest must wait, no walking ahead and letting anyone catch up. The first few years they would also only stay 1 night. DH, the kids & I always stay atleast 2 nights. Oh yeah, and they are late to wake up every time. Last year the plan was to meet for breakfast at 8:30 am , I believe it was an ealy morning for the MK and we finally go to the park at 11:30. What a waste of a trip.
Wish me luck, we are making the annual visit on Friday. Thankfully we go many times thru the year without the in laws. We just went in November with my parents and in December we met my sister (from MI) & my brother (from NH) at WDW for 4 nights.

I have to agree about the dole whip. My dh loved it. Just not my thing. Ahhh now that I think about it another thing is CRT. (but I am sure I will have to when my dd is older) I thought that was way over rated!!!! A lot of money food was OK I see now it is more of it is a cool to say you did it type of thing. Just was expecting more consideing it is the hardest ADR to get (so I hear)

What I/we would not go again.....
Me -- Tower of Terror (DS13 LOVED it). :scared1:
We -- Star Tours (It's a bit much) :darth:
-- Dinosaur again (not good after lunch!) :sad2:
-- O'hana dinner - too much meat, though the view for fireworks was spectacular!

Off-site, we will not do Sea World or Universal Studios again. Went last April -- fun, yes, but once is enough. Our return trip will be Disney and ONLY Disney! (maybe some off-site shopping and restaurants, but theme-park-wise, only Disney!)

We wouldn't go in the summer months again. It's crowded, HOT, and extremely humid.
